Choose your membership plan
No matter which membership plan you choose, you get full access to all courses.
Automatic renewal information
Your membership will be renewed automatically each period based on the membership plan you choose (monthly, quarterly or yearly).
With your first payment, you authorize us to collect the membership fee from your selected payment method at the chosen interval. This means that the payment will be deducted automatically at the start of each new period, without the need for any manual action.
The membership continues to renew and charge automatically until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken, and your access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable, including the initial payment and any automatic renewals.
Cancellation information
You can cancel your membership at any time via the “Subscriptions” page in your account or by sending an email to info@featherlightacademy.com. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken, and your access will continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
To avoid being charged for the next period, make sure to cancel before the automatic renewal takes place. Payments are processed at the start of each new period based on your selected plan (monthly, quarterly or yearly), and once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
Example:
If you have a monthly membership that renews on the 5th of each month, you can cancel any time before the 5th to stop the next payment. If you cancel on the 6th (after the renewal has already been processed), your membership will remain active until the 5th of the following month, and then it will end automatically.
This gives you full control — you can end your membership whenever it suits you. And you’ll still have access until the end of your current paid period.
