Auto renewal information
Your membership will automatically renew at your chosen interval (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) using your selected payment method.
Each payment is collected at the start of the new period. You may cancel at any time through your account; after cancellation, no further charges will be taken, and access remains until the end of the current paid period.
Please note that all payments, including the initial and renewal payments, are non-refundable.
Cancellation information
You can cancel your membership at any time via the “Subscriptions” page in your account or by sending an email to info@featherlightacademy.com. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken, and your access will continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
To avoid being charged for the next period, make sure to cancel before the automatic renewal takes place. Payments are processed at the start of each new period based on your selected plan (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly), and once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
